HH&K Supports Hogs For The Cause

Herman, Herman & Katz is proud to announce its sponsorship and support of the Hogs For The Cause annual charity event at City Park’s Festival Grounds. Hogs For The Cause is a non-profit organization that hosts this annual music and food festival to raise money for pediatric brain cancer care. Funds raised by the organization provide aid and relief for expenses and economic burdens which families face while their child is being treated for pediatric brain cancer.

This weekend (Friday, March 27th and Saturday, March 28th), over 80 teams will compete by cooking their best pork based recipes in the hopes of becoming crowned the Louisiana pork champion. Attendees help choose the winners by donating to their favorite team by sampling their food.

HH&K attorney and neurosurgeon, Dr. Joseph Kott, is very familiar with the struggles these families have to endure: “Commonly, they face enormous financial challenges at a time when emotional and familial pressures are greatest.” HHK is honored to be a part of this home grown charity in helping these families at their time of need.
