Steve Herman, Speaker at AAJ Annual Convention, Products Liability Section CLE Program

HH&K Partner Steve Herman will be speaking at the American Association for Justice (AAJ) 2022 Annual Convention in Seattle, Washington.  His topic, “Seller Liability – Where Are We Now and Where Are We Going” (on Monday, July 18, 2022 from 9:05 am to 9:35 am), will focus on the liability of on-line retailers such as Amazon.com, as part of the Products Liability Section CLE Program.  Other topics cover changing technology trends, children’s products, Tesla cases, workplace products, and more.

The AAJ Products Liability Section concentrates on all consumer products, including automobiles, toys, and eletronics.
