At the Louisiana Judicial Council and Louisiana State Bar Association Joint Summer School conference, Mr. Herman participated in a two-part panel presentation entitled “Bet the Company Litigation: Are We Really Going to Trial?” with other noted trial attorneys, Rick Stanley, Phil Wittmann and Kent Lambert. The conference entitled “A New Frontier: Ideas Abound” offered a multi-track CLE program with an exceptional lineup of speakers and programs from June 6-11th.
Mr. Herman was asked to address the use of focus groups, dispositive motion considerations, deposition and exhibit prep, and settlement strategies in high stakes cases.
