This is the fifth year Mr. Herman has been named Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers. He was first named Lawyer of the Year in 2015 for his work in Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions – Plaintiffs, New Orleans. He again received that recognition in 2018 and 2022. He was recognized as Lawyer of the Year in 2017 in the Production Liability Litigation – Plaintiffs, New Orleans category which he also received this year. This is the first year he has been included in the Lawyer of the Year recognition for Product Liability Litigation – Plaintiffs, New Orleans. He has been recognized in Best Lawyers since 2013.
