Herman, Herman & Katz is proud to welcome Danielle Treadaway Hufft as our newest associate.

Mrs. Hufft earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Louisiana State University, where she graduated with honors in 2005. In the fall of 2005, she attended Loyola University of New Orleans College of Law, where she received her J.D. in May 2008.

During law school, Mrs. Hufft was a Student Bar Association Class Representative and Executive Board Member, BarBri Student Representative and Real Estate Law Society Treasurer. She also participated in Loyola’s Katrina Law Clinic and studied abroad through the Vienna Law School Summer Abroad Program.

Mrs. Hufft is actively involved in several local non-profit organizations; she is a member of the Junior League of New Orleans and the Renaissance Party, which benefits the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. She is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit; the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana; and the Louisiana State Courts. Mrs. Hufft is a member of the Federal Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, Louisiana Association of Justice and the New Orleans Bar Association.

With HH&K, Mrs. Hufft will be handling class action and complex litigation, maritime personal injury, personal injury / wrongful death, product liability, insurance and general civil litigation matters.
