Steve Herman, Speaker at AAJ Mass Tort Litigation Seminar on Settlement Considerations and Issues

As part of the 2023 American Association for Justice Annual Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Mr. Steve Herman will be speaking at the AAJ Mass Tort Litigation Seminar on July 14, 2023 on the subject of “Settlement Considerations and Issues: Fee Charges, Experts Tied Up, and Failure to Produce Trial Package.” Mr. Herman is joined on this subject by Beth Graham of Grany & Eisenhofer, P.A. and Yvonne Flaherty of Lockridge Grindal Nauen, PLLC.

The seminar is aimed at providing “a comprehensive view of the critical aspects and nuances of litigating mass tort cases, plus includes practical considerations for expanding your practice.”
